Legal basis of data protection is the Federal Data Protection Arct (Bundesdatenschutzgesetz – BDSG) as well as the Telemedia Act (Telemediengesetz - TMG).
The supplier (respectively his web space provider) collects data about each access to the offer (so-called server log files). Part of the access data are:
Name of the called site, file, date and time of the access, data volume transferred, report about the successful visit, browser type and version, the users operating system, referrer URL (the page visited before), IP address and the requesting provider.
The supplier only uses the log files for internal statistical evaluations and to optimize security and offer. However, the supplier reserves the right to check the log files afterwards at any time, if there is a clear indication for justified suspicion of illegal use.
When getting in touch with the supplier (e.g. via the contact form or by email), the users’s data will be saved in order to process its request and in case, further questions arise.
It may happen that third party`s contents within this online offer (e.g. you-tube videos, google-maps, RSS-Feeds or graphics of other homepages etc.) will be integrated, provided that the suppliers of these contents (“third-suppliers” in the following) make use of the user’s IP address. Without the IP address, the contents cannot be sent to the browser of the user in question. Thus, the IP address is necessary for the illustration of these contents. We endeavour to integrate only contents of suppliers, who use the IP address only as a delivering media. However, we have no influence on third parties saving the IP address for statistical purpose. Of course we inform our users accordingly, if we dispose of such information.
The user has the right to obtain free information on his saved person-related data. Moreover, the user has the right to correct wrong data as well as to block or delete person-related data if there is no legal retention required.
